Basic Description:
The candidate will be responsible for developing business opportunities for Flat Branch Home Loans. Success will be achieved through appointment setting, hitting revenue targets while responding efficiently to customer inquiries (usually in the form of sales leads) and cold calling. This candidate is required to work locally in one of our Columbia, MO locations; it is not available as a remote position.
Primary duties include outbound lead generated calling, e-mail communication, taking pre-qualification applications, and overall management of sales pipeline through the sales cycle.
