Program Supervisor

Department: Residential Services
Starting Salary Range: $55,000 - 60,000, based on experience and education

Are you a passionate leader with a background in juvenile justice and program oversight? Methodist Home for Children is seeking a Program Supervisor to lead a team of Engagement Specialists in guiding youth through the Pathways to Remediation program. This role provides clinical oversight, evaluates service plans, and ensures program success through collaboration with the Department of Juvenile Justice. This is a remote position but must live in/near one of the service areas: Western NC, Piedmont NC, Central NC, Eastern NC

What You’ll Do:
  • Oversee and support Engagement Specialists in developing and implementing Individualized Service Delivery Plans (ISPs).
  • Provide clinical oversight and evaluate the Remediation Curriculum for juveniles in the program.
  • Regularly communicate with staff, review documentation, and ensure quality service delivery.
  • Conduct quarterly field observations and provide feedback to enhance program effectiveness.
  • Maintain detailed case records and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
What You Need:
  • Master’s degree in a clinical field (required).
  • 2+ years of experience working with juveniles and families (preferred).
  • 2+ years of leadership experience in child and family welfare or human services.
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
