Senior Quality Engineer (SDET)

This is a remote position.

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks for web, API, and mobile applications.
  
• Implement and optimize AI/ML-driven test automation to enhance efficiency and coverage.
  
• Develop robust test strategies, test plans, and test cases for functional, regression, and performance testing.
  
• Work closely with developers, product teams, and DevOps engineers to integrate quality into the CI/CD pipeline.
  
• Conduct performance testing, load testing, and security testing using tools like JMeter, Gatling, or K6.
  
• Leverage AI-driven tools for self-healing test automation, anomaly detection, and predictive test case generation.
  
• Automate testing for AI models, ensuring fairness, bias detection, and model performance validation.
  
• Implement and maintain testing frameworks using Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium, or similar tools.
  
• Enhance API testing strategies using Postman, RestAssured, or Karate.
  
• ​Utilize AI-based defect detection and root cause analysis to improve test effectiveness
  

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in test automation and software quality engineering.
  
• Strong experience in SDET roles with expertise in automated testing frameworks.
  
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
  
• Experience in AI/ML-driven testing tools like Test.ai, Applitools, Mabl, or similar.
  
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, etc.).
  
• Deep understanding of API testing, UI testing, and end-to-end automation.
  
• Experience with cloud-based testing (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  
• Strong knowledge of AI model validation, bias detection, and explainable AI (XAI) techniques.
  
• Experience in Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-native testing strategies.
  

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with AI-powered test automation and self-healing scripts.
  
• Knowledge of LLMs (Large Language Models), NLP testing, and AI ethics.
  
• Familiarity with chaos engineering and resilience testing.
  
• Understanding of Vector Databases, RAG-based AI applications, and AI model debugging
