Role Name: Digital Content & Administrative Coordinator

Schedule:

  • Part-time, Monday to Friday 9am-1pm PST but open to 1pm-6pm PST 

Client Timezone: PST (Pacific Standard Time)

Job Description

We’re seeking a talented Digital Content & Administrative Coordinator to join our growing team in a dynamic role that spans content creation, social media management, and specialized administrative support. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology platforms while contributing to the music and fintech industries. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment where creativity meets technical precision, managing everything from engaging social media content to specialized administrative tasks in the music industry.

Responsibilities
  • Create and manage engaging blog content for multiple websites using Webflow and Shopify platforms
  • Handle specialized administrative tasks including registering musical works across various industry platforms
  • Manage and optimize Google Workspace operations for maximum efficiency
  • Create and schedule strategic content for Instagram and LinkedIn, focusing on both post creation and community engagement
  • Develop and maintain a consistent brand voice across all digital platforms
  • Execute social media engagement strategies to grow audience and increase interaction
  • Coordinate and organize administrative workflows across multiple business ventures


Requirements
  • Proven experience with content management systems, specifically Webflow and Shopify
  • Strong proficiency in Google Workspace applications
  • Demonstrated experience in social media management, particularly Instagram and LinkedIn
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational capabilities
  • Creative mindset with ability to generate engaging content
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Experience or strong interest in music, technology, or finance industries
  • Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace
  • Ability to work Pacific Standard Time (PST) hours
