Job description

This is a remote position.

Schedule:
  • Part-time, 20 hours per week
  • Monday - Friday, 4 hours per day, flexible during client business hours (North Bondi, NSW, AU)

About the role:

We're seeking a talented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis, focusing on social media management and paid advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate will bring creativity to our social presence while driving results through strategic paid advertising.

Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management
  • Create engaging, on-brand content across multiple social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok)
  • Develop and manage content calendars and posting schedules
  • Lead community engagement and influencer outreach
  • Create and edit short-form videos for Reels and TikTok
  • Monitor and respond to social media interactions
  • Support tradeshow event coordination and social engagement strategies
Paid Advertising (Google Ads)
  • Manage Google Ads campaigns, including keyword research, ad copy creation, and budget allocation
  • Optimize campaigns for maximum ROI using data-driven insights
  • Set up and monitor cross-platform advertising campaigns
  • Track and report on campaign performance and social media growth
  • Implement conversion optimization techniques
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on integrated campaign strategies
Required Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of experience managing professional social media accounts
  • 2+ years of experience with Google Ads campaign management
  • Proven track record of growing social media engagement (portfolio required)
  • Experience with social media management tools
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making ability
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Adobe Photoshop and video editing
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics
  • Experience in our industry (specifics to be discussed)
  • Proven success with conversion optimization
  • Experience with cross-channel campaign management
