• Create and post regular content on LinkedIn, with a focus on building our company’s following and engagement
• Produce short-form video content (“social media shorts”) to increase brand visibility and engagement
• Utilize modern social media tools and AI-powered marketing software for content optimization
Lead Generation & Outreach
• Research and grow our contact list for marketing purposes, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
• Conduct email outreach to media for our clients' website launches
• Develop strategies to increase inbound sales leads through social channels, webinars, white papers, and email campaigns
Graphic Design & Layout
• Design visually appealing graphics and layouts for online content such as webinars, white papers, social media posts, and email campaigns
• Use graphic design software of your choice (e.g., Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop) to create images that align with our brand identity
Video Editing
• Edit webinar and conference videos
• Create social media shorts and add captions using Submagic
Email Marketing
• Set up and manage automated email campaigns using platforms like MailChimp
• Optimize email open rates and engagement through continuous A/B testing and content adjustments
• Schedule and oversee bulk email campaigns
Marketing Analytics & Reporting
• Track key performance metrics such as webinar attendance, social media engagement, and email performance
• Adjust marketing strategies based on data-driven insights
Content Creation & Promotion
• Research and write (using AI is acceptable) white papers, case studies, and blog posts to educate and attract prospects based on content provided by our staff
• Create explainer videos using our animation software to simplify complex product information, based on clear direction/training about this process from our leadership team
• Source and gather case studies from clients to demonstrate success and build credibility
Collaboration & Support
• Work with the CEO, VP of Sales, and Director of Customer Success to align marketing activities with company goals
• Manage and prioritize a variety of marketing initiatives, adjusting strategies as needed in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment
