Job description

  • Manage and track expenses to ensure accurate reporting and timely payments
  • Maintain and manage calendars, scheduling appointments and meetings as necessary
  • Reach out to customers to offer assistance and address inquiries in a professional manner
  • Coordinate and book travel arrangements for team members, including flights, accommodations, and transportation
  • Conduct research as needed to support various projects and initiatives
  • Provide additional administrative support to team members as required
