Who are we looking for

We are currently looking for a Customer Success Specialist. You will be part of a Sales Team, working closely with Partner Development Managers & assisting in partners-related queries, new partners onboarding & nurturing of existing partners portfolio.

How You Will Make an Impact

  • Promptly responding to customer queries via email, live chat, video, or phone.
  • Collaboration with colleagues or managers to find the best solutions to partners’ issues
  • Identifying common problems and escalating them to management, along with possible suggestions for improvement, wherever possible
  • Maintaining a polite, helpful, and professional manner at all times
  • Obtaining and sharing partner feedback with colleagues and other departments so that products and services can be improved
  • Familiarise yourself with new products and services as they are introduced
  • Attending workshops and meetings as required
  • Providing training to new partner service agents 

What You Bring to the Team

  • At least 2 years of previous experience with Sales and Support related roles
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal
  • You possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written with the versatility to communicate at all levels
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills for effective communication and collaboration
  • You are a good team player with a "can do" attitude and the ability to work with others to provide an excellent customer service and experience
  • Commitment and self–motivation to work within deadlines with minimum supervision
  • Proven experience with CRM software, such as Salesforce 
  • The ability to respond appropriately under pressure
  • A positive attitude and the ability to build relationships with clients

  • Aim to continuously review processes and practices relating to the role and act as a catalyst for change and improvement in individual and team performance

Where You’ll Be Based

The job can be done remotely from anywhere in the US, preferably on the East Coast
