Job Description

We are looking for candidates who are passionate about the exciting world of digital technologies, including Digital Twin, Internet of Things, Big Data, Advanced Analytics, Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. You will assume the role of Simulation & Emulation Technical Consultant for the Enterprise Technology Practice and oversee technical strategy and delivery for our Digital Twin advisory and implementation projects. You will be located in the United States.

As a Technical Consultant, you will work in a client-facing role for established global clientele, helping them apply Digital Twin capabilities to challenging business problems. Our work is demanding and provides unparalleled exposure to unique opportunities. The learning curve can be steep, but our team will help you build confidence and allow you to explore areas that are interesting to you. Our focus is on helping clients extract value from the latest Digital Twin capabilities, not just on making the technology work. You will help design solutions for a diverse set of clients in industries such as Manufacturing, Life Sciences, High-tech, Auto & Tire, Consumer Goods, and Warehousing & Logistics.

Reporting to Principal - Kalypso.

Your Responsibilities:
  • You will lead the development of simulation and virtual commissioning models
  • You will represent us in attending industry events to build awareness within the industry
  • You will maintain awareness to technology and industry trends relevant to simulation and emulation and ensure the evolution of firm practices and technology usage based on observed trends
  • You will create development backlog for client engagements
  • You will manage and assign junior engineers with tasks during client engagements
  • You will develop technical and functional specifications based on software design and performance

The Essentials - You Will Have:
  • Undergraduate degree in Computer Science or Information Systems with supplementary experience or automation control or stochastic simulation; or equivalent experience.
  • All applicants applying for U.S. job openings must be authorized to work in the United States

The Preferred - You Might Also Have:
  • 4+ years of experience leading the implementation, validation and deployment of scalable simulation and emulation technology in an operational setting (specifically in industries of Manufacturing, Life Sciences, High-tech, Auto & Tire, Consumer Goods, and Warehousing & Logistics)
  • 4+ years of experience developing in any of the following Java, Python, JavaScript, C#, .NET, or related.
  • 1+ years of experience delivering projects using Agile or other similar methodologies.
  • 1+ years of experience with Emulate3D, Sim3D/Demo3D, or equivalate industrial standard simulation and emulation (virtual commissioning) software.
