BODi is on a mission to build the Health Esteem Category! Having just launched a new brand (from Beachbody to BODi), a new platform, and a new app where fitness and nutrition is supported by positive mindset content, BODi breaks from the fitness and diet industry and ushers in the era of Health Esteem. Health Esteem specifically rejects the legacy fitness and diet industry playbook of pursuing a healthy lifestyle based on self-criticism – a playbook Beachbody used to abide by. But after observing the uptick in mental health challenges since the pandemic and seeing that 74% of Americans remain overweight or obese today, despite the efforts of the fitness industry, BODi had to make a change.

We’re seeking a Director, Performance Marketing who is capable of crafting and executing full-funnel campaigns and media buying, while also overseeing designers and video editors. This role requires a unique blend of strategic thinking, creative vision, and hands-on execution. 

As our Director of Performance Marketing, you will plan, create, and manage multi-channel ad campaigns while overseeing the entire campaign lifecycle. This includes writing compelling ad copy, collaborating with designers and video editors to bring your creative vision to life, optimizing landing pages, communicating on a daily basis with our account managers, and coordinating with contractors to ensure timely delivery. 

You must excel in both the technical aspects of media buying and the strategic oversight of campaigns. Communication, organization, and an ability to deliver exceptional results are key to success in this role. 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Manage, launch, and optimize ad campaigns across Programmatic channels using Trade Desk and Mobile App Install campaigns 

  • Develop comprehensive, data-driven marketing strategies tailored to client goals and audiences. 

  • Craft compelling ad copy and provide input on landing page copy for optimal conversions. 

  • Work with graphic designers and video editors to create top-tier visuals and video content for ad campaigns. 

  • Coordinate with contractors, ensuring all elements are delivered on time and aligned with campaign objectives. 

  • Analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable insights to improve KPIs and maximize ROI. 

  • Lead strategy discussions with Brand and Creative, providing expert recommendations on every aspect of campaign performance. 

  • Communicate on a daily basis with our account managers, creating reports and answering any client and internal questions about the campaigns.  

  • Ensure all projects are delivered on schedule, maintaining quality and alignment with the client’s goals. 

 

Requirements: 

  • 7+ years of hands-on experience in paid media buying with monthly ad spends of $500K+. 

  • Proven ability to craft end-to-end marketing strategies, from ideation to execution. 

  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. 

  • Advanced understanding of Programmatic channels 

  • Experience with Trade Desk 

  • Strong communication and leadership skills to manage contractors and facilitate cross-functional collaboration. 

  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and understanding conversion rate best practices.

The applicable base salary range for each role varies based on several factors, including, but not limited to geographic location and job-related education, training, knowledge, and experience. This range may be modified in the future.

The pay range for this position is:
 

$137,100.00 - $175,000.00
