The Role 

We are looking for a Channel Marketing Specialist to innovate and row with us in Portsmouth, NH, Hybrid, or Remote in the U.S. if on EST or CST Time Zones.

As a Channel Marketing Specialist, you will help grow the Paymode Business Payments Network by supporting our partners, including leading Banks, Financial institutions, Fintech companies, etc. This is a hands-on role, perfect for someone early in their career, looking to make a difference in a fast-paced and innovative environment.   

You’ll work with a collaborative team of marketers, sales specialists, and partners to bring our business payment solutions to market. Your ability to execute marketing programs, manage multiple projects, and communicate effectively will drive our partners’ success.   

How you’ll contribute: 

  • Marketing Plan Execution: Work with the marketing team to deliver on partner marketing plans, including email campaigns, event coordination, and content creation.   
  • Campaign Support: Execute demand generation and awareness campaigns that promote Paymode to partners' clients, using approved templates and playbooks.   
  • Partner Enablement: Create and distribute marketing collateral, such as presentations, sales sheets, and toolkits, ensuring partners have the resources they need to succeed.   
  • Event Coordination: Assist with planning and executing partner webinars, industry events, and other marketing activities, ensuring smooth delivery and follow-up.   
  • Content Updates: Maintain and update the partner marketing portal with the latest materials, ensuring partners can easily access relevant resources.   
  • Communication: Regularly connect with partners to provide updates on marketing initiatives, gather feedback, and share best practices.   
  • Tracking and Reporting: Monitor campaign performance, create basic reports, and provide insights to improve future marketing efforts.   

If you have the attributes, skills, and experience listed below, we want to hear from you!   

  • 3–5 years of marketing experience, with a preference for B2B or partner/channel marketing.   
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.   
  • Ability to design, record, and produce videos for consumption on social media 
  • Extremely motivated, independent, reliable and capable of performing in a high-pressure, fast-paced, and ever-changing environment 
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools like Salesforce and Marketo.   
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a creative eye for crafting marketing collateral.   
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and build relationships with partners.   
  • Payments, treasury, or banking knowledge is a plus but not required.   
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
