What You'll Do

As our Head of Partnerships, you will shape and execute our partnership strategy to build lasting, high-impact relationships. You’ll work closely with our founders and cross-functional teams to identify and secure opportunities that drive revenue, expand our ecosystem, and amplify our mission. This is a high-ownership, independent leadership role perfectly suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment.

  • Develop & Execute Strategy: Define a comprehensive partnerships roadmap aligned with Sully.ai’s business objectives and long-term vision.
  • Identify Strategic Opportunities: Prospect, evaluate, and secure high-value partnerships with healthcare providers, EHR vendors, technology partners, insurance companies, and industry influencers.
  • Negotiate & Structure Deals: Lead end-to-end negotiations, drafting and executing partnership agreements that unlock mutual value.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with Product, AI, Marketing, and Sales teams to integrate partner solutions and co-develop go-to-market strategies.
  • Drive Revenue & Growth: Develop joint initiatives with partners to drive market expansion, customer acquisition, and recurring revenue.
  • Relationship Management: Cultivate and manage relationships with key partners, ensuring alignment with business objectives and delivering measurable outcomes.
  • Market Representation: Represent Sully.ai at industry events, conferences, and networking forums to boost brand visibility and forge new alliances.

What You'll Bring

  • Startup experience as a Founder, Co-Founder, CTO, or an early stage hire
  • Proven track record of establishing, scaling, and managing high-impact partnerships in fast-paced, competitive markets
  • You’re adept at negotiating complex deals and structuring agreements that create win-win outcomes
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills allow you to build and maintain trust with diverse stakeholders
  • You’re skilled at developing and executing strategic initiatives that drive long-term business growth

Bonus Points

  • Have direct experience in the healthcare or AI sectors
  • Possess a robust network within the healthcare, technology, or EHR industries
  • Are experienced in navigating regulatory or compliance challenges within healthcare
  • Have familiarity with CRM, partnership management tools, or data-driven analytics platforms
