Senior Product Manager, Marketing Reporting
We’re seeking a Senior Product Manager to join a team building high-impact reporting experiences for HubSpot’s Marketing Hub customers.

In the Reporting Product Group, we’re focused on helping turn CRM data into real answers and action for the business, so our customers can attract, engage, and delight their buyer.
We’re looking for an SPM to enable impactful reports across key Marketing Hub focus areas. For example, evolving our multi-touch revenue attribution tools to give marketers credit for their impact, maturing our end-to-end customer journey reporting to unlock full visibility into interactions, and unlocking actionable insight on web traffic or campaigns in order to drive the most effective conversions. This role requires a deep understanding of the marketing customer problem space, and you’ll be responsible for building out a roadmap that drives the right results for both customers and the business, with an AI-first mindset.

You’ll join the Marketing Reporting team within the Reporting Product Group. This is a high performing team that is fully staffed with front end engineers, back end engineers, and a senior product designer. The Marketing Reporting team is the liaison between the Reporting Product Group and several Marketing Hub teams, so we’re looking for someone who is excited to build a unified perspective across multiple high-impact initiatives, and is ready to lean into stakeholder management. In addition to owning HubSpot’s Attribution and Customer Journeys report builders, you’ll consult Marketing Hub teams on how to bring their own reports to life, and directly influence how we should mature the HubSpot platform to best meet the needs of our customers and our internal teams.

Cash compensation range: 161500-258400 USD Annually

The cash compensation above includes base salary, on-target commission for employees in eligible roles, and annual bonus targets under HubSpot’s bonus plan for eligible roles. In addition to cash compensation, some roles are eligible to participate in HubSpot’s equity plan to receive restricted stock units (RSUs). Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay. Individual compensation packages are based on a few different factors unique to each candidate, including their skills, experience, qualifications and other job-related reasons.
