The Role: Want to be a part of our exciting growth journey?
We are looking for a talented, passionate, and motivated individual to join our team as a Sales Operations Analyst where you will play a critical role in the operational system of a fast growing sales and marketing team.
You will proactively work through a range of task from data/lead management, CRM (Pipedrive) processes, sales and marketing reports and standard operating procedure (SOP) document creation.
The ideal candidate will have strong computer literacy and an eagerness to improve processes and take initiative beyond assigned tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Lead management, including washing leads against existing records, preparing for distribution, loading leads into CRM, and enriching leads with public data.
Running sales and marketing reports from CRM and industry sources.
Conducting basic sales lead analysis (lost reasons, conversion, ERP performance, and forecasting).
Implementing operational actions based on reports, such as distributing weekly reports to the senior leadership team, notifying sales managers of sales rep adherence, and managing lead distribution.
Assisting in testing sales & marketing automations and journeys within Pipedrive before implementation.
Preparing customer proposals and seeking new lead opportunities from online sources.
Documenting procedures in Confluence for shared access and clarity
