About the role
Now, we are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team. You will play a key role in creating visually compelling designs that effectively communicate our brand message and meet stakeholder needs. This is a dynamic position that requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of graphic design principles. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and experience with animation are highly valued.
Key responsibilities:
Crafting creative concepts that align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
Creating high-quality designs for a variety of mediums including print, digital, and social media.
Communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders to interpret design briefs and translate ideas into visually appealing assets.
Managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and ensuring consistent quality.
Bringing all our visual assets and output to the next level - designing reports, e-guides, customer stories, infographics, event collateral and social media assets
Supporting design of our company website - new pages, upgrading existing pages and driving structural change
Liaising with external agencies when required to offer support on production assets
Maintaining high attention to detail, ensuring designs are polished, accurate, and align with brand guidelines.
Staying up-to-date with design trends, tools, and best practices to keep our creative assets fresh and innovative.
Advantageous - creating simple animations or motion graphics to enhance digital assets (e.g., for websites, social media, or presentations).
Requirements:
3+ years of professional experience as a graphic designer or in a similar role.
Proven portfolio showcasing creativity, technical skills, and a strong design sense.
Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Figma.
Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition.
Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
