We are seeking a highly skilled Jr. Product Manager to support our partner's product team by ensuring smooth execution of product operations. This role is perfect for someone detail-oriented who enjoys writing, organizing information, and working across teams to keep things running efficiently. You’ll be responsible for keeping the product documentation up to date, helping with roadmap execution, testing new features, and ensuring product updates are clearly communicated to users.

What You’ll Do

- Write changelog updates and help center articles to clearly communicate product
changes to users.

- Maintain and update the product roadmap to ensure alignment across teams.

- Conduct business analysis for user stories, helping structure feature requirements.

- Perform manual testing for new features to ensure quality before release.

- Create and maintain internal and external documentation for product features.

- Gather and organize user feedback to support product decision-making.

Who You Are

- Strong English skills (written & verbal)—you’ll be writing user-facing content.

- Detail-oriented and structured—you enjoy organizing information clearly.

- Comfortable working with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Notion, or similar.

- Have a basic understanding of software development and product processes.

- Self-motivated and eager to learn from experienced product managers.
