Job Title: Inbound Sales Customer Service Associate
Location:
Remote (CST Time Zone)
Salary Range:
up to 1500 USD

Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 2:00 AM to 10:30 PM (CST)

Position Overview:


The Inbound Sales Customer Service Associate is responsible for managing incoming customer inquiries and sales opportunities. This role involves engaging with potential and existing customers to understand their needs, convert calls into sales, and ensure booked appointments. The representative will be a key part of the team in ensuring customer satisfaction through exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Interaction: Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone in a professional and timely manner.
  • Sales Conversion: Convert calls into service appointments and upsell preventative maintenance memberships.
  • Sales Goals: Meet or exceed sales targets through effective communication and closing techniques.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with various teams to ensure seamless booking and customer satisfaction.
  • Team Engagement: Participate in team meetings and contribute to overall improvements in customer experience and sales processes.


Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent (required). Associates or Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • Experience: Previous experience in inbound sales or customer service (preferred).
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Language: Bilingual (Spanish speaking preferred).
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with CRM software and Google Suite.
  • Attributes: Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Sales Skills: Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell and cross-sell.
