Job Title: Customer Support Specialist (Thai Speaker)

Job Brief

We are seeking Customer Support Specialists fluent in Thai to join a leading BPO customer experience company based in Europe. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support remotely, ensuring client satisfaction, and resolving inquiries across various communication channels.


Key Responsibilities
  • Navigate and utilize a range of online systems to support seamless customer service operations.
  • Provide clear, accurate, and comprehensive information to customers using appropriate tools and methods.
  • Respond to and resolve customer inquiries efficiently via phone, chat, and email.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Follow standard operational procedures in all customer interactions to ensure consistent, high-quality service.


Qualifications
  • Fluent in Thai.
  • At least 1 year of proven experience in customer support.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service practices.
  • Strong multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • A customer-first attitude and a passion for delivering top-notch service.
