Bring your natural sales ability with demonstrated experience, you’ll love selling a product you are passionate about and be driven by sales targets

Provide amazing customer service to our travellers through multiple channels (calls, emails, live chats, and social media platforms) to help turn their travel ambitions into reality.

Work in a fast-paced, contact centre environment to achieve individual, regional and global sales targets and KPIs.

What you need to know:

Base salary of $63,659 + Super + Sales Incentives

Start dates and training is yet to be confirmed, as we are currently taking expressions of interest but we will be in touch when recruitment starts

This is a permanent full-time position based out of our Melbourne office with 2-3 work-from-home days

We work across a 7-day roster, which will include rotational evenings, weekends, and public holidays

This is a sales role, so motivation to work towards revenue-based sales targets and KPIs is a must-have
We would love to talk with you if you have:

Minimum 1+ years' experience in sales & customer service (Travel &/or Contact centre environment is advantageous!)

Personal travel experience to Intrepid destinations

Can come into our Melbourne office 2-3 days per week.

The ability to learn a variety of new computer systems and processes

Any experience in a Airline GDS system (preferred not required!)
