Clinical Success Manager, EMEA
Remote Position
Radformation specializes in Radiation Oncology workflow automation. Our software solutions save clinics time, eliminate planning errors, and enable them to design the optimal treatment for their patients.
We are looking for a highly motivated individual who has a passion for treatment planning and enjoys an engaging work day. The Clinical Success Manager will bring their upbeat personality to this role to give presentations to clinics, solve problems on the fly with customers, and proactively reach out to clinics to check in and hear feedback. The Clinical Success Manager will help mentor clinics as they join the Radformation community to assist them in establishing the most efficient workflow and an increase in clinical safety.
This role is ideal for someone looking to take their treatment planning skills to the next level and expand their clinical skill set. As the Clinical Success Manager, you will develop relationships with clinics and incorporate feedback into creating clinics’ dream products. With your clinical background, you will have the ability to teach and improve efficiency in Radiation Oncology clinics throughout the EMEA region.
Responsibilities include:Demo, install, and train clinics on Radformation’s suite of automation toolsWork with clinics to understand their issues and provide a solution independently and/or with the help of the programming teamWork with the EMEA sales team to demonstrate software to prospective customers and provide training to newly installed clinicsProactively check in with current customers to hear feedback and share new featuresHost webinars to answer clinics’ questions and highlight featuresDevelop training materials to distribute to clinicsCollaborate with clinics on research projects and recruit reference sites with the EMEA sales teamAttend congresses and on-site meetings to demonstrate the software and meet with clinicians (less than 10% travel)Abilities:Passionate about helping other clinics and creating an impact in their workflowEnthusiastic about learning new technologies and sharing them with the healthcare communityThrives with a busy schedule and constant learning environmentExcels at multi-tasking and managing multiple projects simultaneouslyEnjoys listening to clinics’ needs and developing relationships with clinical leadersMaster of treatment planning and radiation oncology clinical workflowAbility to maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced and ever-changing work environmentStrong organizational skills and ability to work independentlyExcellent communication skills, both written and oralCompassionate and welcoming of ideas and feedbackRequired Experience:Minimum 2 years experience of clinical treatment planningStrong critical thinking skillsExceptional presentation skillsPositive attitude and a passion for excellence in patient careFluent in English, both written and spokenFluent in French, both written and spokenPreferred Experience:5 years experience of clinical treatment planningTeaching experience in treatment planningCustomer success experienceFluent in German, Italian, or SpanishWhat makes us so RAD?
