About the Role
The Operations Specialist is an experienced administrative professional who acts as a support system to the program management and delivery service teams. By owning crucial technical and procedural tasks, the Operations Specialist will execute and be accountable for daily, weekly and monthly assignments. You will enhance operational functions to enable the organization to achieve its goals effectively and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Providing functional support to the operations team
Assisting with implementing new processes and systems
Coordinating with other departments
Monitoring and analyzing performance data
Providing process and technical support
Continuously monitoring and improving processes
Identifying and mitigating risks
Supporting with compliance and regulatory requirements
Planning and facilitating calls and presentations

Knowledge, Skills and Experience
Bachelor's Degree required
5+ years' experience in an operations support role or a related field
Technical skills, including experience with computer systems, databases, and software
Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
Strong communication skills in order to communicate with other departments and external partners effectively
Able to analyze data, identify trends, and propose improvements
Expert in Office, Teams, SharePoint
