We’re Zero, a cybersecurity vendor pioneering automated network security. Our platform was purpose-built to fix the way legacy microsegmentation is done (clunky, costly, slow) to provide microsegmentation for all. As the Senior Director of Brand & Product Marketing, you will define and drive Zero Networks’ brand positioning, product marketing strategy, and market influence. This high-impact role requires a strategic leader who can shape our brand identity, articulate our product’s unique value, and engage key stakeholders across the cybersecurity ecosystem.


Responsibilities

   Brand Strategy & Market Positioning

  • Develop and execute a bold, differentiated brand strategy that establishes Zero Networks as a market leader.
  • Refine and enforce brand messaging, visual identity, and tone, ensuring consistency across all channels.
  • Lead integrated brand campaigns that elevate awareness and reinforce our unique positioning in the cybersecurity space.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership, PR agencies, and industry analysts to drive industry recognition and influence.
  • Serve as the voice of the brand, ensuring alignment between external communications and the company’s vision.


   Product Marketing & Competitive Positioning

  • Own product marketing strategy, translating technical capabilities into compelling, value-driven messaging that resonates with CISOs and security teams.
  • Partner with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to create and refine messaging frameworks, product positioning, and competitive differentiation.
  • Oversee the development of compelling sales enablement materials (product decks, battle cards, whitepapers, one-pagers) to arm the GTM team with effective messaging.
  • Conduct market research and competitive intelligence to refine product positioning and drive continuous differentiation.


  Thought Leadership & Content Marketing

  • Build a content marketing engine that educates and engages cybersecurity professionals through high-value content.
  • Oversee the production of blogs, whitepapers, case studies, videos, and social media content that drive brand awareness and demand.
  • Optimize content for SEO, engagement, and conversion, using analytics to refine strategy and execution.
  • Develop and execute an executive thought leadership program, amplifying the voices of Zero Networks' leadership through speaking engagements, media appearances, and bylines.


  Corporate Communications, PR & Analyst Relations

  • Manage corporate communications across analysts, investors, media, and strategic partners.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key cybersecurity analysts (Gartner, Forrester, etc.), ensuring favorable coverage of Zero Networks.
  • Oversee PR strategy, ensuring strong media placements, proactive response to industry trends, and increased market presence.
  • Lead executive and customer storytelling efforts, securing earned media and speaking opportunities at major industry events.


   Influencer & Community Marketing

o  Build and scale influencer partnerships with industry thought leaders, cybersecurity advocates, and trusted voices.

o  Leverage social media and digital platforms to expand brand reach through influencer campaigns.

o  Develop programs that activate and nurture brand champions, driving credibility and advocacy in the cybersecurity community.


Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in brand marketing, product marketing, or corporate communications, with a strong track record in cybersecurity or B2B SaaS.
  • Proven ability to build and execute brand and product marketing strategies that drive awareness, differentiation, and adoption.
  • Exceptional storytelling and messaging skills, with experience translating complex security concepts into compelling narratives.
  • Deep understanding of competitive landscapes, GTM strategies, and cybersecurity market dynamics.
  • Strong relationships with analysts, media, influencers, and industry thought leaders.
  • Experience managing PR agencies, analyst relations, and large-scale brand campaigns.
  • Data-driven mindset with expertise in content performance analysis, SEO, and demand generation.
