Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a highly skilled Technical Recruiter with expertise in hiring software engineers. You have a strong track record of recruiting for various engineering roles and understand how to operate efficiently within competitive talent markets.

This remote position is based in the U.S., with a strong preference for candidates in the San Francisco Bay Area.
What You’ll Be Doing
Hiring top-tier software engineers across the US and Canada, focusing on building a world-class tech team.
Managing the entire recruitment cycle—from sourcing, and screening to internal team collaboration to candidate communication.
Leveraging AI-powered recruiting tools to streamline sourcing, outreach, and talent pipelines.
Developing scalable recruitment strategies to ensure efficiency and a great candidate experience.
Working closely with hiring managers to define job roles and hiring priorities.
ATS and HRIS system setup and upgrades.
Helping establish HR policies, workforce planning, and payroll systems to support the company’s long-term growth.
What Makes You a Good Fit
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Demonstrated experience in recruiting technical talent, sourcing and hiring senior software engineers in a competitive market.
Proficiency in managing the entire recruitment lifecycle for technical talent.
Understanding of HR compliance and employment laws.
Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and proficiency in Gsuite to streamline recruitment operations.
Strong ability to effectively manage tasks, using judgment that aligns with standards, best practices, and company policies.
Excellent communication skills, ensuring precise, professional interactions with candidates and the internal team.
Highly organized with superior attention to detail, ensuring documentation, compliance, and reporting accuracy.
Adaptability and a proactive approach, thriving in a startup setting where priorities can shift quickly.
Strong desire to learn, system builder approach to hiring, and ability to wear multiple hats as the role evolves.
Establishing the top-the-funnel talent pipeline.
Nice to Have
Experience working in a startup environment.
Analytical mindset and creative problem-solving skills, especially for senior technical candidate searches.
Experience in workforce planning and HR process optimization, helping to scale recruitment and onboarding systems.
Familiarity with AI-driven recruitment tools and automation techniques to improve efficiency.
