About The Position

The Marketing Manager, Employer Solutions Go to Market (GTM) plays a critical and hands-on role in executing B2B and B2B2C marketing initiatives for the University’s Employer Alliances and Employer Solutions segments. With a focus on brand, communications and content, the individual helps guide the development of integrated content across traditional and digital channels. Additionally, the Marketing Manager, Employer Solutions GTM manages ongoing requests from cross-functional teams and stakeholders while ensuring seamless execution of marketing strategies. Working closely with cross-functional leadership and marketing teams, the Marketing Manager, Employer Solutions GTM translates business initiatives into actionable marketing requirements, including developing creative briefs and project plans, overseeing and directly executing implementation, and serving as a liaison among cross-functional stakeholders. The individual also focuses on identifying and resolving execution issues, optimizing performance, and ensuring go-to-market plans meet or exceed KPIs, generate and convert demand, and drive revenue and enrollment growth.

What You’ll Do

  • Execute integrated marketing and content strategies to enhance brand positioning and drive audience engagement.
  • Manage the creation, edit, and optimize high-quality content, including blog posts, case studies, social media posts, and sales enablement materials
  • Provide strategic support to sales and client services, fostering effective stakeholder collaboration.
  • Manage and execute marketing programs across channels, aligning with go-to-market objectives and driving campaigns from concept to completion
  • Develop enablement materials and playbooks for internal teams, ensuring consistent messaging and support for sales efforts.
  • Collaborate with Creative teams, internal sales and client services partners, and external partners to deliver impactful marketing content across email, social media, web, and other channels.
  • Plan and execute webinars while monitoring competitive and audience insights to optimize strategies.
  • Support field teams with materials aligned to go-to-market goals, ensuring seamless execution and alignment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned or apparent.

Minimum Education And Related Work Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
  • 4 years of experience in brand marketing, content marketing or a related field

Additional Qualifications

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in InDesign and other creative tools
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors to deliver results
  • Proven ability to develop and execute successful marketing strategies and campaigns, with a focus on content marketing
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on crafting engaging and persuasive content
  • Interest and aptitude for learning new marketing skills and technologies
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
  • Strong copy writing/editing skills
  • Strong analytical skills to measure content performance and optimize for impact
