In this role, you will:

• The Business Analyst that will help this insurance client establish its first Service Center. Insurance Service centers will perform tasks such as processing certificates of insurance, policy inquiries or changes, handling billing questions, policy rewrites and cross-selling.
• Establish and maintain process documentation.
• Act as a liaison between departments and stakeholders.
• Gather and analyze industry, market, operational data.
• Assess options for processes and/or improvements.
• Collaborate with client teams and Service Center Director.
• Develop project requirements.
  
  

Who You Are:

• At least 2-3 years experience as a Business Analyst
• Experience with AMS360, an agency management system for insurance
