Manager to join the
Data & AI team in our
Digital Advisory practice.
CohnReznick is a hybrid firm and most of our professionals are located within a commutable distance to one of our offices. This position is considered remote which means it does not require job duties be performed within proximity of a CohnReznick office location. However, as a remote employee, you may be required to be present at a CohnReznick office with scheduled notice for client work, team meetings, or trainings.
YOUR TEAM.
This position will support our Digital Advisory team. We advise a blend of small, mid-sized and large US and multinational firms on strategy, technology, and transformation, process optimization, analytics enablement, systems implementations, automation, integrations, data management, and more. Join our multidisciplinary Enterprise Application team as we lead clients to achieve operational excellence through developing a deep understanding of their business and, based on that understanding, leverage technology, innovation, and automation to glean insights and maximize efficiencies.

YOUR ROLE.
Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To
- Responsible for leading and delivering strategic data analytics and AI consulting engagements. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, business acumen, and leadership skills to drive data-driven solutions that create value for clients. Oversight for project teams, develop AI and analytics strategies, and ensure successful execution of projects.
- Lead AI and data analytics consulting engagements, identifying client needs and delivering customized solutions.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them leverage their data to drive business value.
- Develop and present analytics roadmaps, business cases, and implementation strategies to clients.
- Communicate complex data concepts in a clear and business-friendly manner.
- Oversee the execution of data and AI projects, ensuring they meet scope, timeline, and budget expectations.
- Lead teams of data scientists, analysts, and engineers to develop AI models, dashboards, and data-driven strategies.
- Ensure the quality, accuracy, and reliability of data solutions delivered to clients.
- Monitor project risks, resolve issues proactively, and maintain strong client relationships throughout engagements.
- Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies in the data and AI space including the Microsoft data platforms.
- Evaluate and recommend data platforms, cloud solutions, and AI tools that align with business goals.
- Ensure responsible AI implementation, including model fairness, transparency, and compliance with regulations.
- Mentor and develop junior consultants, providing guidance on data analytics and AI best practices.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the analytics team.
- Collaborate with internal teams to drive knowledge-sharing and thought leadership in AI and analytics.
- Support pre-sales activities, including proposal development and client presentations.
- Identify new opportunities for consulting services and contribute to business growth strategies.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across industries to expand the firm’s analytics consulting practice.
Your Experience.
The successful candidate will have:
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics, AI, or consulting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of data engineering, and analytics platforms (e.g., Python, R, SQL, cloud platforms).
- Proven ability to manage consulting projects, deliver presentations, and engage with executive stakeholders.
- Experience with data visualization tools Microsoft Power BI and cloud-based solutions Microsoft Azure and Fabric.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business challenges into data-driven solutions.
- Experience in industries such as finance, real estate, retail, or manufacturing preferred.
- Certifications in Microsoft solutions preferred.
