Job Title: ServiceNow Architect

About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in ServiceNow platform capabilities, architecture, and best practices. This role requires strategic thinking, technical expertise, and leadership to drive ServiceNow initiatives aligned with business objectives.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and architect scalable and sustainable ServiceNow solutions, ensuring best practices and compliance with industry standards.
  • Lead ServiceNow implementations, upgrades, and integrations with third-party systems.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define workflows, and optimize ServiceNow modules.
  • Provide technical leadership to development teams and ensure adherence to coding standards.
  • Develop and implement ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, CSM, HRSD, or other modules as per business needs.
  • Optimize ServiceNow performance, security, and usability through best practices.
  • Provide mentorship and technical guidance to ServiceNow developers and administrators.
  • Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow releases and features, driving continuous improvement.
  • Create detailed technical documentation, including solution architecture, workflows, and configurations.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and architecture.
  • Strong expertise in ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, CSM, HRSD, or other modules.
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API), Flow Designer, and UI policies.
  • Experience with ServiceNow integrations (REST, SOAP, MID Server, OAuth, SSO).
  • Proven ability to design scalable and high-performance ServiceNow solutions.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL framework and IT Service Management best practices.
  • Experience in guiding development teams and conducting code reviews.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) preferred.
