Job description

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Recruitment Consultant to join our team. You will provide subject matter expertise and support to all talent acquisition and staffing solutions initiatives in the network. To be successful in this role you will have a proven track record in handling high-volume recruitment and be comfortable working with data to drive results. You are a great communicator with a cultural sensitivity working with different stakeholders and you are committed to fostering a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace culture.

This consulting assignment reports to Talent Acquisition & Staffing Solutions Manager


How you'll contribute


  • Be responsible for end to end recruitment cycle:
  • Conduct recruitment planning meetings with Hiring Managers to completely understand the job requirements and the qualifications needed to fill the role
  • Follow up with successful candidates and update the ATS
  • Provide excellent candidate and hiring manager experience
  • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Manager on Justice, Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (JEDI) initiatives
  • Proactively share market knowledge to inform talent and network staffing decisions.
  • Proactively collaborate with the People & Culture Officer to ensure all new staff onboarding are flawlessly delivered.


Our ideal candidate has


  • University degree with a focus in Human Resource Management, or related equivalent in the Social Sciences.
  • At least 5 years of experience recruiting for different roles and seniorities in a high-volume recruitment environments (in-house or agency)
  • Experience within strategic communications / digital media space is a plus
  • Strong analytical skills, comfortable working with data to drive informed decision making
  • Genuine interest and experience in collaborating on Justice, Equity, Diversity and Inclusion initiatives
  • Self-starter, able to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with advisory approach and experience working within multicultural environments
