Job Description

Responsible for managing advisory subject matter expert teams providing reactive and proactive support to financial advisors ensuring high risk transitional steps in the financial advisor transition roadmap are met with hands-on support and ensuring ongoing support needs to financial advisors are met with speed and precision.

What You Will Do

  • Manage the support team providing daily continuity of advisory sales by providing subject matter expertise to financial advisors of Cetera’s advisory offerings, systems, products, and processes.
  • Accountable for in-call education, issue troubleshooting and guidance support to financial advisors and members of regional growth teams.
  • Responsible for managing a team providing day-to-day supporting and providing subject matter expertise to key advisory business transition points for a financial advisor that require a lot of end-client action(s).
  • Responsible for ensuring consistent availability and capacity for reactive Advisory support (e.g., incoming Salesforce tickets, phone queues, emails, etc.) with delivery and response aligned with target service level agreements.
  • Coordinate proactive and reactive priorities for sales support and concierge support teams.
  • Establish and sync service level agreements with key constituents and partner teams.
  • Ensure constant feedback loop with advisory program managers, ensuring operational adherence and continual improvement to advisory program rules, regulations, and guidelines.
  • Oversee day-to-day performance of team members, providing feedback and coaching to drive individual and team success.

What You Need To Have

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 10+ Years Direct Experience Expertise in Investment Consulting, Fund-Company Wholesaler, or Other In-Field Advisor Engagement
  • Experience Building Advisory Business within Existing Practices, RIAs and Institutions
  • FINRA Series 7, 66 (or 63 & 65) and /or 24 FINRA Licenses

Travel Requirements

  • Up to 10% to Attend Strategic Engagements and Cetera Events

Compensation: The base annual salary range for this role is $120,000 to $145,000, plus an incentive-based bonus.  Base annual salary depends on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location. Base annual salary may also differ significantly due to geography and cost of labor considerations.
