Contract Type: Fixed Term Contract (9 Months Maternity Cover)
We are looking to recruit a Client Relationship Manager to join our Business Development team working remotely.
This is a fantastic opportunity to enter a well-established and respected department. As Client Relationship Manager you will be a single point of contact for client law firms whose apprentices enrol with the University of Law - working closely with the Head of Business Operations and the National Programme Director (Apprenticeship) on new projects and initiatives relating to customer experience
You will have experience working with apprentices in a client support role, as well as good all-round IT knowledge, with expertise using Excel; StREAM; Elite and Synap.
As our Client Relationship Manager, you will:
Provide dedicated administrative support to the University’s key law firm clients. Facilitating the production of key documents and information for the firms and their apprentices e.g. assessment results reports, student reports and year planners
Support the Programme and Student Leads to monitor the progression of apprentices
Work alongside the Business Development team to maintain strong Client Relations and increased long term customer value.
Promote process efficiency within the customer facing areas of the business and act as a key promoter of the ‘the customer’ experience and subsequent ongoing developments
We are looking for people who are/have:
Experience of working with and supporting corporate legal clients
Well organised with the ability to work to multiple deadlines
Highly numerate and literate
Enthusiastic self-starter, highly goal oriented
Professional , credible, commands respect
