We’re looking for our next Senior Software Engineer (Front End). Could It Be You?

The Senior Front-End Engineer (Angular) will be involved in the development of functionally rich, robust applications following through all stages of the Agile software development life cycle from inception to implementation. The ideal candidate for this position is experienced in designing and developing highly performing and scalable web applications that meet the business requirements.

• Actively developing, testing, debugging standards-compliant, cross-browser compatible micro frontend applications using modern JavaScript frameworks and libraries.
• Involved in designing new application features and functionality, writing API's, Microservices, scalability and maintainability improvements.
• Enhancing and modifying existing applications as needed to ensure add new features or improve user-experience.
• Diagnosing and troubleshooting problems with existing applications.
• Meet and interact with the user interface team, enterprise architects, back-end and other front-end engineers as needed to elicit, define, analyze and document requirements for new applications.
• Play an active role in defining and implementing best practices, standards and procedures including quality and delivery methodologies.
• Ensure compliance with the documented software processes and procedures throughout the life cycle of software products.
• Participate in the project architecture exercise, and assumes responsibility for ongoing data architecture for the project.
• Participating in and contribute to all Agile Scrum ceremonies.
• Propose and participate in decisions on technologies used.
• Share knowledge, lessons learned with team members.
• Pursue continuous learning regarding new technology.
  
  
  

So are YOU our next Senior Software Engineer (Front End) ? You are if you have…

• BS or Master’s degree in related fields or combination of education and experience in an IT related discipline (Computer Science, Information Systems, and Systems Engineering).
• 5+ years experience in web-based technologies. Strong software engineering background including successful software engineering career.
• Strong experience with Javascript, Angular, Typescript, HTML, SCSS.
• Strong experience with modern Front-end frameworks (Angular is preferred).
• Experience with NodeJS development.
• Experience of SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Experience with Cloud providers is a plus (GCP, AWS, Azure).
