Job Title: Remote Affiliate Marketing Manager (100% Work From Home)

Location: Remote from Latin America

Position Type: Full-time

Salary: $2,500 USD/month paid via wire transfer

Schedule: Monday to Friday, Flexible hours mostly aligned with the Western European Standard Time time zone for meetings with colleagues.

Their automated solution detects, blocks, and reports all fraudulent activity in real-time, so their users can be confident that their advertising budget is being used effectively. As a company, they understand the disappointment of watching a marketing budget deplete due to click fraud. To solve this problem, they provide click fraud protective measures that can be adjusted based on their client's business needs. The user-friendly interface makes it easier to control the level of protection their clients want to apply to advertising campaigns.

They are seeking an Affiliate Marketing Manager to drive the company's affiliate and partnership strategy. Your primary focus will be to grow and optimize their Affiliate Program, establish strong reseller relationships, and develop high-impact outreach strategies to engage potential partners. This role requires strong relationship-building skills, analytical expertise, and a strategic mindset to maximize revenue through partnerships.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and Execute Affiliate & Partnership Strategy: Align with ClickGUARD’s growth goals by identifying high-value affiliates, resellers, and industry influencers.
• Affiliate Program Management: Recruit, onboard, and support affiliates, optimizing incentives and engagement.
• Reseller Program Development: Build a strong reseller network, equipping them with marketing materials and training.
• Outreach & Relationship Building: Engage potential partners via email, LinkedIn, and industry events while maintaining strong relationships with existing partners.
• Performance Tracking & Analysis: Set KPIs, track affiliate-driven revenue, and optimize strategies based on data insights.

Qualifications, Skills, and Key Competencies:

• Experience: 3+ years in affiliate marketing, partnerships, or business development within a SaaS or digital marketing environment.
• Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of PPC, digital marketing, and affiliate ecosystems.
• Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute scalable partnership programs.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for relationship-building and negotiations.
• Analytical Expertise: Proficiency in tracking and analyzing partnership performance using data.
• Project Management: Ability to manage multiple initiatives, campaigns, and partner relationships simultaneously.
• Technical Skills: Experience with affiliate platforms (e.g., Rewardful, ShareASale, Impact), CRM tools (e.g., Brevo, HubSpot), and outreach platforms (e.g., Apollo, Lemlist).
