Job Purpose Summary
As a Commercial Operations Associate within the Ophthalmology business unit, you will be a key player in maintaining key digital platforms. The Associate will focus on operational execution, supporting various initiatives across GPO management, pricing implementation, CRM maintenance, and tradeshow support.
What you will do
Own Salesforce CRM execution by collaborating with IT and commercial teams to maintain improve, and troubleshoot the system.Ensure 100% data accuracy within Salesforce by conducting regular audits, updating customer records, and refining lead management processes.
Support marketing campaigns by building Marketing Qualified Lead (MQL) lists, deploying them, and tracking conversion rates in Salesforce, with a goal of improving lead-to-opportunity conversion by X% (specific metric to be determined).
Drive global commercial enablement efforts by improving pipeline visibility, ensuring that sales teams have real-time access to accurate data.
Administer and maintain customer-specific pricing in the ERP system, ensuring compliance with contractual terms and company policies.
Oversee GPO activations and ensure timely processing of GPO administration fees, tracking accuracy and adherence to agreements.
Ensure 100% pricing accuracy through routine audits, reducing discrepancies and minimizing revenue loss.
Implement and update the digital ordering app to support global tradeshows, ensuring seamless order placement and tracking during events.
Collaborate with sales and marketing to optimize digital engagement strategies at tradeshows.
What you will need

Comfortable interacting across all levels of management, including senior leadership.
5% travel required for business needs, including meetings, conferences, and team collaboration.
Required Education and Experience:
BS degree in Business or related field or equivalent work experience.
3+ years of operations, customer service, or sales experience.
Experience with ERP systems, particularly Infor, preferred.
Proficient with Excel.

A reasonable estimate of the current pay range for this role is $60,000 - $75,000. Further, pay that is offered is based on geographic location, internal equity, market data, applicant’s job-related skills, commensurate experience, required licensures, certifications and certain degrees.
