Bundle together banking services with Netflix, Amazon Prime, Spotify, or E-commerce subscriptions, and deliver a cross-vertical subscription product.
Marketplace - Helps our clients to become a Super-app and enable their customers to book travel, order food & grocery, pay bills, etc. directly from their mobile app
Card Stack - Enables our client to quickly launch a wide range of digital functionalities built around credit, debit, or pre-paid card instruments across Acquire, Manage, Use and Engage verticals.
Nuclei is currently operating with multiple banks across India, UAE, KSA, Singapore, and the rest of Asia.

As a Sales Development Representative, you'll be at the forefront of our growth strategy, connecting with potential clients and aiding them through the path of realization. You will help them understand the gap that our products fill and the growth opportunities tied to them.

Nuclei is a profitable fintech SaaS firm working already with over 20 large BFSI clients across India, MEA & SEA in just a span of 5 years.
Why are we building Nuclei?
Before we started Nuclei, we listed down a few guiding principles. These were essentially our learning from the previous startups/companies:
Think big, think global, and not limit ourselves only to India.
Build a company. We wanted to be sustainable from day 1 and build a profitable business. This does not mean that we compromise on growth, but we most definitely avoid unsustainable growth.
Build for the long term, not flip it in a few years.
And most importantly, we wanted to change the perception of India, from being a back-office/outsourcing destination to a product destination.

What will you do?
Your ultimate aim is to expand a company's client base globally
You will be responsible for identifying and prospecting opportunities across APAC and MEA, SEA, and Europen regions
Craft compelling messages that pique interest and initiate conversations.
Qualify the leads and work closely with the Sales team to achieve the company's targets.
Market, client and industry research
Mapping and identifying prospective leads & collaborating with multiple internal teams to convert leads.
Your Role & Responsibilities -
Developing campaign strategies to draw in potential buyers or to solicit new potential customers.
Creating content that is contextual, relevant, and personal to the target audience
Mapping organization structures and identifying key decision-makers and personas
Run outreach programs to generate and nurture leads
Initiating contact with potential customers through email, LinkedIn and other relevant channels
Creating relationships with customers to identify their potential needs and qualify their interests and viability to drive sales.
Moving solid leads through the marketing funnel, connecting them to a salesperson, and arranging in-person meetings, emails, or phone calls.
Performing regular follow-up calls or emails and facilitating communication with existing customers to ensure their satisfaction and identify new potential needs.
Building relationships with clients and prospects to ultimately drive sales - Track and manage the sales pipeline
Stay up-to-date on market trends, competition, and industry developments
Provide regular reports on sales activities and results to management.
Who should apply?
A bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, business, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in sales techniques, marketing, and communication may be advantageous.
Familiarity with outreach, content management and CRM tools.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
A fearless approach to reaching out to new contacts.
Good time management and analytical skills.
Great written and verbal communication skills
Willing to take intelligent and creative risks
Quick thinking and problem-solving abilities.
