Position Summary:The Regional Director of Enrollment (RDE) is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving enrollment growth, supporting district-level admissions teams, and ensuring the successful execution of outreach initiatives. The RDE works closely with Directors of Admissions, Heads of School, Lead Directors of Admissions, and District Vice Presidents to align enrollment strategies with organizational goals. This role reports to the Senior Regional Director of Enrollment. This role requires a blend of data-driven decision-making, hands-on coaching, and collaboration with campus and district leadership to enhance recruitment, retention, and overall admissions performance. The RDE must be highly adaptable, capable of building strong relationships, and committed to fostering a high-performance sales culture within their assigned region.

Target Pay Range: $100,000 - $105,000 USD

Note: We currently have three RDE positions available that will each cover two districts. The districts groupings are:

  • Southeast (FL, GA, TN, NC) and MidAtlantic (DC Metro, PA)
  • LA (Los Angeles County, Santa Barbara) and Central (TX, CO)
  • Pacific Northwest (Nor-Cal, WA) Southwest (So-Cal, AZ)

The candidate must either reside within their designated region or be willing to relocate. In order to apply, internal applicants must be in good standing and must obtain full support from their direct manager. Additionally, while this person will have some remote work time in their day to day, the role requires 50-70% travel weekly to the schools within the two districts assigned.

Key Position Requirements

  • This is an internal posting. We will consider applications from all DAs who have been in their role for 90-days+ and are fully graduated, have a track record of stellar performance in admissions and outreach, and who have the wholehearted approval from their manager(s) to apply.
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends, when necessary, typically for outreach events.
  • Ability to travel regularly 2-3 days per week within district and nationally, as needed.

Responsibilites Include

Enrollment Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement data-driven enrollment strategies to drive growth across campuses within the region.
  • Monitor and analyze enrollment trends, ensuring each campus meets or exceeds its admissions goals.
  • Collaborate with DAs, HOSs, and LDAs to refine recruitment tactics, speed-to-lead processes, and inquiry management strategies.
  • Partner with district and campus leadership to ensure alignment between enrollment objectives and Fusion’s broader mission.
  • Track KPIs and proactively address enrollment challenges before they impact revenue goals.

Sales Coaching & DA Development

  • Provide hands-on sales coaching to DAs, focusing on lead conversion, inquiry follow-ups, and effective admissions conversations.
  • Conduct role-playing exercises, real-time feedback sessions, and targeted training to refine objection handling and consultative sales skills.
  • Work closely with new DAs to ensure successful onboarding, emphasizing best practices in outreach, admissions, and enrollment management.
  • Foster a culture of accountability by ensuring DAs regularly meet weekly prospecting and outreach meeting KPIs.
  • Identify skill gaps within the admissions team and create tailored coaching plans to enhance overall performance.

Outreach & Community Engagement

  • Support DAs in building and nurturing strategic partnerships with schools, therapists, and other referral sources to drive enrollment.
  • Ensure each DA is executing a robust outreach plan that aligns with regional and national initiatives.
  • Partner with LDAs and HOSs to strengthen Fusion’s community presence and enhance brand awareness.
  • Stay informed about secondary education trends, community needs, and market dynamics to proactively adjust outreach efforts.

Operational & Process Excellence

  • Ensure full adoption and adherence to Fusion’s admissions tools, systems, and processes.
  • Oversee the accuracy and timeliness of admissions funnels, ensuring inquiries are managed effectively.
  • Implement consistent reporting structures to track district-wide admissions performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Support the execution of national initiatives, ensuring consistency and effectiveness across all campuses within the region.

Sales Team Collaboration & Contribution

  • Act as a proactive and engaged member of the sales leadership team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and shared success.
  • Partner with sales leaders and other regional leaders to align enrollment strategies with national sales priorities.
  • Contribute to national sales calls, professional development sessions, and training initiatives, sharing insights and best practices to strengthen team performance.
  • Support hiring and training efforts in partnership with sales leaders, ensuring the continuous development of high-performing admissions professionals.
  • Champion a data-driven sales approach, ensuring DAs utilize sales systems effectively and consistently meet key enrollment and outreach metrics.

  • Bachelor's degree (Master’s degree is a plus)
  • Marketing experience and / or sales / admissions management experience.
  • Work nights and weekends when necessary, typically for outreach events.
  • Travel regularly within market and nationally as needed.
  • Education background and/or experience.
