Senior Python Developer (NLP, AI)

Contract: B2B or Contract of Employment

Location: Remote within Poland

Project: AI-driven solution for the fin-tech sector.

Project Overview:

We are looking for a Senior NLP Engineer to develop cutting-edge NLP and Generative AI solutions tailored for the financial services industry. This role involves working with both document and conversational data, designing and implementing NLP components leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs). The focus will be on data integration, evaluation, deployment, and performance optimization within cloud-based applications. You will collaborate with AI Experts, Full-stack Engineers, and Product Managers to ensure seamless AI integration into scalable fintech solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and deploy scalable NLP solutions for document and conversational data processing.
• Utilize LLMs and Generative AI to enhance text and speech analysis capabilities.
• Work with AWS (SageMaker, Jupyter Notebooks) to implement and optimize AI models.
• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for seamless ML model deployment.
• Ensure AI models meet business objectives by translating complex problems into actionable solutions.
• Contribute to the development, evaluation, and fine-tuning of ML models for production use.
• Implement serverless architectures within AWS for efficient and scalable AI solutions.
• Maintain and review production-quality Python code for NLP applications.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience developing applications in Python.
• Experience using ML and GenAI to build NLP components for products.
• Experience with AWS services, especially SageMaker and Jupyter Notebooks.
• Experience with LLM.
• Understanding of serverless architectures in AWS.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate business needs into AI solutions.
• Fluency in Polish and advanced level of English (B2/C1).

Nice to have

• Experience working in the FinTech industry.
• TypeScript knowledge.
