Responsible for building and maintaining relationships with RIAs and intermediaries to generate Net New Assets and build RJIM brand awareness within the RIA channel and a defined territory.
Educate RIAs on the benefits of offered products, primarily ETFs, and services for their clients through individual or group meetings presentations, including branch visits, seminars and conferences/trade shows.
Develop and/or deliver a plan for material aspects of ETF sales under guidance from senior colleagues.
Sell complex, customized ETFs and ancillary value-add to clients.
Manage important client relationships with guidance from senior colleagues or oversee relationship management with a group of more transactional clients.
Develop and/or deliver budget plans with guidance from senior colleagues.
Manage expense account within allotted budget.
Use data from a wide range of sources to analyze key themes and identify possible impacts on the business.
Work on complex administrative processes and databases to develop and test administrative procedures to ensure they are fully in line with organizational needs.
