Job Description:

   

We are looking for a Graduate Customer Support with German

to join our Customer Solution Center team.

 

The Customer Support Agent is the first line of enquiry for all calls for our customers. You should log the calls/cases, to ensure that the customer is entitled to the service, to forward the cases to the most appropriate technically skilled team and to coordinate different support activities.

 

How will you make your mark:

  • Timely responding to customers via phone/mail/web. Logging cases, providing information to solve customer problem.
  • Managing customer expectations by taking into consideration the entitlement and identifying customer problems.
  • Keeping customer informed, keeping precise case documentation
  • Participating in projects for process or quality improvements.
  • Managing multiple tasks or cases simultaneously with minimal supervision.
  • Keeping documentation as per requirements.
  • Meeting the deadlines and keeping the service level agreements.
  • Handles on time case escalations and complex situations.

 

About you:

  • Graduated in the last year from a Bachelor/Master program (2023 or 2024)
  • Good command of English
  • Very good language skills in German   
  • Great communication skills and a social and customer oriented nature
  • Friendly and positive attitude in the work environment 
  • Self motivated and not afraid of a challenge
  • Ability to properly maintain technical and case documentation
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time
