We are seeking a skilled and motivated
Salesforce Developer to join our team and play a key role in shaping innovative, customized solutions within our Salesforce Platform. Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable Salesforce solutions, including custom objects, workflows, triggers, Visualforce pages, Lightning components, and Apex classes.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical solutions.
- Implement and maintain Salesforce integrations with third-party applications using APIs, middleware, and other tools.
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and system testing to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring the optimal performance of Salesforce applications.
- Maintain data integrity by implementing best practices for data management, deduplication, and validation.
- Stay up to date with Salesforce releases and features, implementing new functionalities to enhance system capabilities.
- Provide ongoing support and training to Salesforce users as needed.
Skills Knowledge and Expertise
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience: 3+ years of proven experience as a Salesforce Developer, with expertise in Salesforce configuration and customization.
- Proficiency in Salesforce development tools, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and other technologies.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce security, sharing rules, and data models.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Platform Developer I or II) are highly preferred.
- Knowledge of Agile development methodologies is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or other Salesforce products.
- Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, or other front-end development skills.
- Understanding of data migration tools like Data Loader and ETL processes.
