This position may be filled remotely, or in any of our locations.

The Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Program Coordinator will assist the CSR Manager in developing, implementing, and managing the company’s CSR programs. This role will assist with the firm’s corporate responsibility programs and initiatives in areas of community engagement, and volunteerism. This role will involve coordinating community outreach opportunities, employee engagement activities, and various initiatives that align with the company’s CSR strategy with a key focus on communications. Essential job functions include:

  • Assist in the development, implementation, and monitoring of CSR initiatives, ensuring they align with company goals and values.
  • Assist with the collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to foster partnerships that support CSR projects.
  • Organize and manage CSR-related events, including volunteer activities, onsite charity drives, and giving campaigns.
  • Assist with the tracking and reporting on CSR activities, including metrics, success stories, and progress towards goals. Assist in preparing annual reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Conduct research on CSR trends, best practices, and emerging issues. Benchmark company performance against industry standards.
  • Support initiatives to engage employees in CSR efforts, including volunteer programs (in-person and virtual), sponsorship in local community efforts, and internal communications.
  • Assist in the support, maintenance, and growth of relationships with local community groups, nonprofits, and industry organizations.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required; 2‐year or more degree preferred or commensurate educational and professional experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in Corporate Social Responsibility, Business, Communications, Community Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience in project management.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across diverse teams, departments, and levels. Self-motivated, capable of working autonomously and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to visualize, execute, and creatively manage CSR programs with fresh ideas to drive higher awareness and better engagement.
  • Detail-oriented, collaborative, building relationships, and openly welcoming approaches.
  • Excellent verbal communication abilities; comfortable with public speaking across various formats.
  • Innovative and creative. Proactively explore new ideas and adapt quickly to change.
  • Committed to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in all areas of work.
  • Proficient in MS Office (including Teams & Share Point), YourCause, Benevity, AirTable, with an ability to quickly learn new tools and systems.
  • Ability to travel as needed to various office locations throughout the US.

Compensation And Benefits

Employees are entitled to compensation commensurate with skill and experience. The exact compensation will vary based on skills, experience, location, and other factors permitted by law. The expected compensation ranges for this position in various states and jurisdictions are as follows:

State of California: $43,000 - $83,000

State of Colorado: $40,000 - $71,000

State of Illinois: $39,000 - $76,000

Jersey City, NJ: $47,000 - $85,000

State of Maryland: $42,000 - $64,000

State of Massachusetts: $43,000 - $83,000

State of Minnesota: $43,000 - $72,000

State of New York: $40,000 - $87,000

State of Washington: $42,000 - $80,000

Washington, D.C.: $56,000 - $82,000

The above salaries do not include a discretionary bonus, however bonus opportunities are non-guaranteed, and are dependent upon individual and firm performance.
