Hi, we’re Influx! We’re a growing and profitable startup providing customer support for brands and tech companies on-demand, 24/7, every day of the year. Our global team consists of agents and managers working remotely from across the world - with our headquarters in Australia. We currently have more than 1000+ people around the world.

In this role, you will:

Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and live chat. You need to be able to think on your own, communicate clearly, and empathize with customers.
Ensure that support requests are handled within established Service Level Agreements (SLAs), keeping client satisfaction a priority.
Coordinate effectively with peers and your manager to share best practices and improve customer service processes.
Stay informed about company services, policies, and procedures to deliver accurate and tailored solutions.

What we’re looking for:

Fluency in English and good communication: Exceptional spoken and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills: Ability to multitask, detail-oriented, and convey correct information effectively to customers.
Problem-solving mindset: Ability to solve a problem with a proactive approach and eagerness to learn new skills.
Tech-savvy: Proficiency in G Suite tools (Google Docs, Gmail, Google Meet, Calendar, etc.)
