Summary: As a Business Analyst at GoTeam, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between IT and the business to improve services and processes. You will be responsible for assessing and analyzing business needs, identifying solutions, and facilitating communication between stakeholders.

About the Job

Key Duties:

• Gather and document business requirements through interviews, workshops, and surveys.
• Analyze business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective solutions.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Create and maintain documentation of business processes, requirements, and project statuses.
• Aid in the testing of system enhancements and new implementations.
• Provide support in project management activities and ensure project deliverables are met.

Skills and Experience

Essential Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Familiarity with business analysis tools and methodologies.
• Knowledge of project management principles is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
