Education:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing or English is required.

Experience:

6+ years of experience Marketing with 2+ years of healthcare payer industry

Mandatory Skills:

Excellent writing skills to create, edit and proofread high quality content across various formats.
Ability to generate innovative and creative content ideas that engage target audience.
Ability to lead and motivate content development teams leading to improved performance.
Ability to review and improve the quality of content by editing for clarity, grammar, style and accuracy.
Ability to work effectively with cross functional teams.
Flexibility to adapt to changing content needs, trends and industry developments.
Willingness to address content challenges creatively and find solutions to improve content effectiveness.
Familiarity with SEO practices and how they impact content visibility.

Preferred Skills:

Working Knowledge of SEO and Google Analytics
Proficient in using Content Management System and other relevant content marketing tools

Roles & Responsibilities:

Lead and Manage the content development team, overseeing the creation and production of high quality content across various platforms, including website, blog, social media, email marketing and other marketing materials.
Develop and implement content strategies that align with marketing objectives, ensuring consistency in messaging and tone.
Supervise content creation processes from ideation to publication, ensuring adherence to timelines and content calendars.
Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, clarity and compliance with company style and guidelines.
Stay up to date with industry trends, content marketing best practices and SEO strategies to optimize content performance and engagement.
Monitor content performance metrics and use data insights to improve content strategy and make data driven decision
Cultivate and maintain relationships with external content creator agencies, or freelancers as needed.

Salary Range: $95,000.00 and up dependent on experience and location
