About The Role

As an SDR, you’ll be the first point of contact for potential clients, driving business growth by identifying and qualifying leads, building relationships, and scheduling sales opportunities for our expert team. Key Responsibilities
Prospect and Generate Leads: Identify and qualify new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach.
Build Relationships: Cultivate meaningful conversations with potential clients to understand their needs and introduce them to our training solutions.
Schedule Sales Appointments: Collaborate with the sales team to book high-value client meetings and ensure a seamless handoff.
Leverage Technology: Utilize CRM tools to manage leads, track progress, and maintain accurate data for decision-making.
Research and Strategize: Analyze company data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and recommend targeted outreach strategies.
Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with sales, solutions, and service teams to align efforts and achieve shared goals.
What You Need?
Experience: Minimum 1 year in a US outbound sales process, preferably in a B2B environment.
