Full-time position in a dynamic, multinational tax department. This role will focus on cross border transactions and computations, with a focus on US tax implications. WTW has a global footprint, and you will work closely with tax colleagues across the globe on complex transactions. This position can be fully remote or hybrid based on candidate’s preference, with periodic travel opportunities driven by projects.
The Role:
Drive cross-border projects, assisting tax lead with engaging stakeholders across the Company.
Assist with transaction and project computations, planning and impact with a focus on US tax technical areas (GILTI, Subpart F, Subchapter C, BEAT, 163(j)).
Coordinate with other tax functions (Compliance, Reporting, International) to incorporate the results of transactions.
Analyze and interpret regulatory guidance, newly enacted legislation, summarizing impact for WTW and its operations. Present summary impact to tax leadership
Partner with the Company’s advisors to evaluate the efficacy of transactions and proposals.
While not responsible for foreign tax considerations, evaluate analysis and consider impact within transactions (including Pillar Two Impact).
