The Account Executive at Infosys is responsible for identifying, developing, and managing strategic business opportunities to drive growth and revenue for the organization for the identified MGA – Must Grow Account. This role requires a proactive and results-oriented individual who can build and maintain relationships with clients, understand their needs, and offer innovative solutions

Mandatory Skills:

  • Client Relationship Management:- Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential clients. - Understand client needs, pain points, and objectives to propose tailored solutions. - Act as the primary point of contact between Infosys and the client.
  • Market Research and Analysis: - Conduct market research to identify potential clients and emerging trends. - Analyze market data to develop strategies for business growth. - Keep abreast of industry developments and competitors' activities.
  • Sales and Business Development:- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets. - Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships. - Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients.
  • Pipeline Management:- Maintain a robust sales pipeline and track progress using CRM tools. - Forecast sales projections and provide regular reports to management. - Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies.
  • Collaboration:- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including solution architects, delivery teams, and legal, to ensure the successful execution of projects. - Work closely with pre-sales and technical teams to align solutions with client requirements.
  • Compliance and Documentation, operations:- Ensure all business development activities comply with company policies and legal requirements. - Prepare and maintain accurate records, contracts, and documentation. Invoicing, payments followup.
