POSITION SUMMARY
Position Title: Sr. Client Partner / Sales ExecutiveDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition: Identify and target new business opportunities through strategic prospecting, networking, and lead-generation efforts to expand the client base.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by understanding their business objectives, challenges, and needs. Provide personalized solutions and effectively communicate value propositions.
Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies, including account plans, to achieve and exceed sales targets. Continuously assess market trends and competitor activities to adapt the sales approach.
Consultative Selling: Employ a consultative sales approach, understanding client pain points, and proposing tailored solutions that align with their goals, demonstrating expertise in the product/service offerings.
Sales Presentations and Negotiation: Conduct compelling sales presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations to showcase the value proposition and close deals. Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts in collaboration with the sales team.
Pipeline Management: Manage the sales pipeline effectively, tracking leads, opportunities, and activities in CRM systems. Forecast accurately and provide regular updates on sales performance.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer success, to ensure alignment and maximize opportunities for client satisfaction and retention.
Customer Satisfaction: Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and effectively, striving to exceed client expectations.
Industry Expertise and Thought Leadership: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and market developments. Act as a trusted advisor by providing insights and thought leadership to clients.
Delivery Oversight: Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure the successful execution and delivery of projects, monitoring progress, quality, and adherence to agreed-upon timelines and expectations.
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Sales Expertise: Proven track record in B2B sales with an established network, with a focus on meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Relationship Building: Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to connect with clients, understand their needs, and maintain trust throughout the sales process. Will have a professional network to leverage on day 1.
Consulting Experience: Proven experience in a consulting or services environment, with a focus on technology solutions and consulting services.
Client Management Skills: Strong track record in managing and growing client relationships, preferably in a consulting or technology services context.
Strategic Thinking: Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to devise effective sales strategies and navigate complex sales scenarios.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
Negotiation Skills: Proficiency in negotiation techniques, contract management, and closing deals.
Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing market conditions, client needs, and organizational priorities.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
Or
Proven experience in sales roles, preferably as a Client Partner, Managing Director, or in a similar capacity, with a successful track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

The salary for this position will be based on the selected candidate's experience level. Our target salary range is $150-200k for the base salary. In addition to a base salary, this position is eligible to receive commissions for the achievement of assigned quota(s). Our target range for variable compensation is 50%-100% of the base salary. The specific details of this commission plan will be outlined in the compensation plan that will be provided during orientation.
