Job Summay

We are looking for a Lead Engagement & Marketing Specialist to support our growth efforts by connecting with potential users, introducing them to Rivalry's offerings, and encouraging deeper engagement with our platform. This role involves direct outreach to leads generated through digital campaigns, as well as developing marketing initiatives beyond social media—including email marketing, partnerships, and referral programs—to drive user acquisition and retention.

Key Responsibilities


  • Proactively engage with leads who sign up through online campaigns, ensuring they understand Rivalry's offerings

  • Follow up on inquiries, answer questions, and guide potential users toward onboarding

  • Book calls for interested leads to be onboarded by the Ops Manager

  • Maintain and update lead information in CRM systems

  • Overcome objections and generate excitement about Rivalry's platform

  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize the lead engagement process

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies beyond social media, including:

  • Email marketing to nurture leads and drive conversions

  • Strategic partnerships with influencers, gaming communities, and esports teams

  • Direct outreach to high-value potential users

  • Offline promotions such as events and collaborations

  • Meet daily/weekly outreach and engagement targets

  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and clear communication with both leads and internal teams



What We're Looking For


  • Experience in lead generation, sales outreach, or digital marketing (preferably in the eSports, gaming, or tech industry)

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills in Tagalog and English

  • Ability to handle objections and convert leads into engaged users

  • Experience in marketing beyond social media (email marketing, referral programs, partnerships, direct outreach)

  • Fluent in English with excellent verbal skills

  • Reliable internet connection and phone setup for outreach

  • Ability to work in PH timezone with occasional EST overlap

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management tools (preferred but not required)

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven mindset
