Job description

Accruent is seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role will report directly to the VP of Marketing and Corporate Events and will act as a trusted advisor and partner to all leadership stakeholders in the marketing organization. The Senior Analyst will be responsible for running the business review cadence for our CMO, supporting the business review cadence for VP marketing leadership, and extracting, analyzing, interpreting, and presenting data from various sources, creating dashboards, while providing actionable insights to inform strategic decision-making.

This resource will also own and drive the execution of marketing-wide initiatives that have at their core an analytics component. These might include initiatives related to lead scoring, attribution, audience definition, among others.

Responsibilities

  • Run the monthly and weekly business review cadence for marketing leadership.
  • Identify evidence-based opportunities to improve results and drive those initiatives to execution.
  • Execute owned cross functional initiatives that have an analytics component at their core.
  • Build and maintain dashboards using Power BI and Excel to monitor key metrics and provide insights.
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to marketing leadership that help guide strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with various teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency through the implementation of the necessary processes and tools.
  • Extract, analyze, and interpret data from various sources such as Salesforce, Marketo, Google Analytics, HubSpot, Google Search Console, Google AdWords, Outreach, and Qualified.
  • Continuously monitor and analyze industry trends and competitor data to provide comparative insights.
  • Where applicable, leverage Dataiku and Snowflake to manage and manipulate large data sets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Finance, Marketing, Statistics, Computer Science, etc.)
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a business-focused data analysis or similar role.
  • Business Acumen – An understanding of business dynamics is key to being able to find insights in the data that are relevant and impactful to business improvement.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Native or near-native English language skills (speaking, reading, and writing)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using Salesforce, Marketo, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google AdWords, Outreach, Qualified, Power BI, Dataiku, and Snowflake.
