About the client:

Our client is a leading real estate lending company that offers short-term loan products for property investors, builders, and real estate developers. They are committed to providing fast, flexible, and efficient financing solutions to help our clients grow and succeed in their real estate ventures.


About the role:

Our client is seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing new leads, engaging with real estate investors, builders, and property developers, and supporting the internal sales team by setting appointments and educating potential clients about our client’s loan offerings.


Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively source and qualify new leads and potential borrowers.
  • Make 20-30 outbound calls per day to real estate investors, builders, and property developers.
  • Engage potential clients to introduce Our client's short-term loan products.
  • Set appointments for the internal sales team by scheduling meetings with qualified leads.
  • Effectively manage lead data, ensuring proper follow-up and consistent communication with prospects.
  • Educate potential clients on how our clientr’s products can benefit their real estate investment or development projects.


Required Skills & Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience in sales, real estate, or financial services.
  • Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Soft skills are crucial; we value a willingness to learn and a positive, proactive attitude.
  • Proficient in English, as the role involves engaging with U.S.-based clients


Nice to have:

  • Experience in the U.S. real estate market is strongly preferred


Shift: Monday through Friday from 9AM to 5PM EST
